NEW ASSOCIATION SUCCESS PACKAGE

The following services are included for a one-time fee:

Reconcile financial documents provided by the developer; determine if all Association funds owed have been remitted
Review current budget and reserves plan and propose revisions as necessary
Review current insurance policy for adequate coverage, reasonable premiums and appropriate deductibles
Review incorporation status; prepare incorporation documents if necessary and/or review annual requirements for maintaining incorporation
Review real estate taxes and status of division of property into separate PINs
Prepare City of Chicago Refuse Rebate if applicable
Provide education to Association regarding election procedures, Board responsibilities, how to run a Board meeting collection policies
Attend first annual meeting and first Board meeting
