A $10 convenience charge is applied to each monthly assessment paid by credit card. A 3% fee is applied to special assessments paid by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovercard are accepted.
This is a great option for owners who might otherwise accumulate significant late fees or legal fees as a result of collection action. Additionally, your Association will benefit from decreased delinquent accounts.
